PPL have a selection of fabric & metal wrist strap which when connected to one of our stud to stud or stud to banana coiled cords will protect your products from the static generated by your operators during the manufacturing process. Also within this group of product is a selection of non-disposable, disposable shoe grounders for men & women & earth grounding cords.
Packaging
PPL have a selection of bags for use within your ESD safe areas, they come in various sizes & they are supplied in packs of 100. The 4 layer static shielding bag has a surface resistance of 108 – 1011 ohms, this style of bag can also be heat sealed.
Garments & Shoes

PPL offer a range of ESD/Clean room garments, within the range are coats, jacket/trouser suits, leather & canvas shoes, dust free cotton boots, face masks, CPE shoe covers & ESD non-wovn shoe covers.
Equipment
The PPL grounding test system is precise, quick & convenient to test all the common grounding system such as wrist straps, shoes, antistatic plate, matting & grounding wires. The systems specifications are shown below.

PPL have a selection of soft bristle brushes, in paint & tooth brush styles suitable for cleaning the most delicate of products. The brushes are heat resistance none dust producing & static conductive with a resistance of 105 – 109 ohms.
